Betsy Gregory
Betsy brings more than 20 years of experience in private clubs with deep expertise in human resources, operations, and organizational development.
She spent nearly a decade as Head of People and Culture at Congressional Country Club where she led HR, talent development, and culture initiatives as part of the executive team. Her earlier roles include Recruiting Manager at Congressional, Human Resources Manager at Bethesda Country Club, and food and beverage leadership positions at both Bethesda Country Club and Rhode Island Country Club.
She is also the Founder of Unbridled Courage Consulting, a firm focused on strategic HR and culture transformation.
